Travel

HSL participates in LIJSL and NYCSL, providing competitive divisions for player growth. The program includes certified trainers, Parent Administrators, seasonal commitments, practices, games, tournaments, and associated registration and team expenses.

Intramural

In our World Cup-themed intramurals for ages 3-8, we champion fun and community. Dive into a global celebration with weekend games, uniting young players in the spirit of soccer. Come and be part of our vibrant soccer family!

Interleague

Interleague, for players ages 9+, is a local recreational soccer league within Suffolk County. Serving as an alternative to travel teams, it offers professional training, varied game schedules, and age-based team formations across small, medium, and large fields.

Premier Academy

The Premier Academy is a special training program for 6-9-year-old Intramural players who want to develop their soccer skills and prepare for travel soccer. This program focuses on improving dribbling, passing, shooting, and game awareness in a fun and challenging environment with professional trainers.

TOPSoccer

The TOPSoccer Program (TOPS), for ages 5-13 with mental, physical, or developmental disabilities, ensures inclusive soccer learning. Partnered with Smithtown Kickers, it promotes interaction and competition with volunteer assistance.
